Sherwood Village General Information

• The HOA dues provide trash service, which is picked up on Tuesdays as well as mowing the grass.

• The mailboxes for Sherwood Village are located on the south side of the clubhouse parking lot.

• Dues are set annually and members are notified by mail of changes.  As of January 2020, Association dues are $58.00 per month, due and payable on the first of each month.  Dues are considered delinquent after the 10th of each month.  If dues are not paid within 15 days of their due date, a $10.00 late fee will also be due.  Unpaid dues will result in the loss of privileges to use the Common Areas which include the swimming pool and clubhouse, lawn and trash service.  Unpaid dues late after 3 months will automatically lead to a lien on the owner’s property (Assoc. Declaration Article IV, Section 1).

• Members may submit their dues monthly or they may prepay them for the entire year. Dues run from January to December and if paid in advance, one month fee is deducted.

• INCREASES WILL BE MADE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR NEWSLETTER FOR RATE INCREASE.

• MEETINGS ARE HELD AT THE CLUBHOUSE ON THE 3RD TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH.  THE ONLY MONTH THAT THERE IS NO MEETING IS DECEMBER DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS.  ALL THE MEETINGS START AT 6:30, AND ITEMS FOR THE AGENDA MUST BE PRESENTED 5 DAYS BEFORE THE MEETING. AN OPEN FORUM WILL BE FIRST ON THE AGENDA TO DISCUSS CONCERNS/QUESTIONS FROM THE MEMBERSHIP.
